The following role is contingent upon award.
The TRIRIGA Senior Application Developer is responsible for system updates, patching, performance tuning, and configuration changes. The Application Developer supports functional requirements solutioning and break-fix analysis and resolution.
  • Perform TRIRIGA system administration, configuration, performance tuning, patching, upgrades, and version management across Production, DEV, FIT, and Test environments in a FedRAMP-certified SaaS environment.
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy functional enhancements and backlog items (e.g., Space Management, Lease Management, Self-Certification, Asset Tracking, Reporting modules) in accordance with IRS prioritization.
  • Conduct break/fix analysis and implement corrective, adaptive, preventive, and perfective maintenance in compliance with IRS Change Control Board (CCB) processes.
  • Develop and maintain system integrations and ETL processes with IRS systems (e.g., CADS, IFS, PeopleTrak, TAPS, SIMS), including creation and upkeep of Interface Control Documents (ICDs).
  • Implement and maintain automated monitoring, patch management, DLP controls, version control systems, and vulnerability mitigation processes aligned with NIST SP 800-40, FedRAMP, and IRS cybersecurity standards.
  • Support ongoing security authorization activities by producing audit logs, configuration documentation, system artifacts, and evidence required for quarterly assessments and continuous monitoring.
  • Coordinate with IBM and FedRAMP hosting providers for Tier 3 production issues, defect resolution, environment migrations (including MREF), and release deployments.
  • Develop and maintain Architecture and System Design documentation reflecting system configuration, integrations, performance standards, and compliance posture.
  • Ensure SaaS environment remains no more than one major release behind current TRIRIGA versions and coordinate release plans and production validations.

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
  • Must have experience supporting TRIRIGA and/or other IWMS systems for Federal Agencies
  • Must have a deep knowledge of IBM TRIRIGA modules (Space, Real Estate, Capital Projects, Maintenance, etc.)
  • Must have system architecture and data integration experience (e.g., APIs, middleware)
  • Must have a strong understanding of enterprise IT standards (FISMA, FedRAMP, etc.)
  • Must be abile to translate functional requirements into technical solutions
  • Must have experience with bug fixing, performance optimization, and version upgrades
  • Must have familiarity with integration points (e.g., LDAP, APIs, CAD, GIS)
  • Must be able to manage and track change requests and software releases
  • Must have knowledge of TRIRIGA transition activities to MREF
  • Must be competent in Perspective web interface to meet PWS requirements in support and development
