Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or relevant field of study required.
Work Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in personalization, email marketing, loyalty, app or payment marketing, web design, project management or production management.
  • Experience managing multiple web and design projects and vendor partners.
  • Prior Omnichannel experience preferred.
Skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with individuals at various levels, both internal and external.
  • Analytical, with strong problem‑solving abilities and creative resolution skills.
  • Self‑motivated, with the ability to work on multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Ability to remain organized, pay strict attention to detail, and meet critical deadlines within a high volume, fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital personalization strategy across web, mobile, and app platforms.
  • Own the strategy and execution of personalized product recommendations across key eCommerce surfaces (e.g., homepage, PDPs, cart, checkout, post‑purchase).
  • Partner with data science, UX, and engineering teams to implement real‑time personalization using customer data, browsing behavior, and purchase history.
  • Own the push notification program, including audience segmentation, message design, timing optimization, and performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with CRM, marketing, and product teams to align personalization efforts with broader campaign goals and lifecycle strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze personalization and push performance metrics to continuously improve relevance, engagement, and ROI.
  • Stay current with personalization technologies, trends, and best practices to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
  • Document personalization and design processes, and deliverables.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the Academy’s policies, procedures, and safety rules.
  • Duties may change; team members may be required to perform other duties as assigned.
