Job description

The Opportunity:

We're looking for a strategic and analytically minded Personalization Strategist to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of dynamic digital experiences that drive engagement, improve customer journeys, and support business goals. Reporting to the Personalization Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the personalization strategy, developing audience targeting frameworks, and deploying data-informed experiences across channels using platforms like Adobe Target.

This role is both strategic and executional, requiring an understanding of behavioral data, UX best practices, marketing technology, and the customer lifecycle. You'll collaborate across functions-including Analytics, Web, Content, and CRM-to build scalable personalization systems that drive measurable impact.

What we're looking for

  • Education: High School Diplomarequired,Bachelor's Degree inMarketing, Data Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), and ComputerScience stronglypreferred.

  • Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in personalization, digital marketing, UX optimization, or marketing technology roles.

  • Proficiencywith web analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Looker Studio) and experience partnering with data and technical teams.

  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, or front-end code structures and how theyimpactrendering and personalization deployments.

  • Experiencewith CDP platforms, CRM integrations, or audience orchestration tools.

  • Understanding ofUX design, behavioral science, or CRO frameworks.

  • Experience working in a B2B, SaaS, or multi-region environment with complex customer journeys.

  • Extensive hands-on experience with Adobe Target, Optimizely, Dynamic Yield, or other experimentation/personalization platforms.

    • Optimize targeting strategies over time based on campaign performance and evolving customer behavior.

  • Testing, Optimization & Experimentation

    • Lead the execution of A/B, multivariate, and rule-based personalization experiments across web and mobile experiences using Adobe Target or similar platforms.

    • Define hypotheses, KPIs, and success criteria for each experiment and ensure proper documentation and QA across all variants and channels.

    • Use test results to inform future personalization strategies and recommend scalable experience enhancements.

  • Reporting & Continuous Improvement

    • Partner with Analytics to analyze campaign results and build dashboards that surface key insights and audience behaviors.

    • Contribute to post-campaign reviews, surfacing learnings that influence both nearterm optimization and long-term content strategy.

    • Identify personalization opportunities based on gaps in the customer journey, new data availability, or platform capabilities.

  • Cross-Functional Program Leadership

    • Act as the personalization point of contact for Web Production, Creative, Content Strategy, CRM, and Demand Generation teams.

    • Collaborate on campaign planning to ensure personalized experiences are integrated from the start, not treated as add-ons.

    • Stay up to date on industry trends and platform updates to continuously evolve internal personalization practices.

Pay Transparency:

The expected pre-tax pay for this position is

$78,000.00 - $125,350.00

Actual pay may differ depending on relevant factors such as prior experience and geographic location.
