Position Overview: Manager in Training (MIT)

We are seeking a motivated Manager in Training (MIT) to develop into a future leader within our clinics. This role is designed to build full management capability through hands-on training with the opportunity to support and elevate performance across additional clinics in the area.

As an MIT, you’ll gain the skills, experience, and confidence needed to lead a clinic while making an impact across multiple locations—helping teams grow, supporting initiatives, and driving results. This role is part of our leadership pipeline, with the opportunity to step into a full clinic management position as openings arise.

What You’ll Learn & Do:

Train across designated clinic locations while learning all aspects of clinic leadership
Support multiple clinics in your area as needed, helping drive performance and consistency
Assist in driving membership growth, retail sales, and overall clinic success
Learn to analyze business metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
Partner with clinic leaders to coach teams, improve performance, and elevate guest experience
Help maintain daily operations including inventory, deposits, and compliance standards
Develop leadership skills through hands-on experience, mentorship, and structured training
Build strong relationships with team members, members, and guests
Step into a leadership role to support or temporarily oversee a clinic when needed, with the opportunity to transition into a permanent General Manager position
