BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking DSPs / Community Support Workers to join the team in Erie County, PA. BAYADA’s DSPs / Community Support Workers work one-on-one in home and community settings as support for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities to help them reach their goals and fullest potential. As a member of our team, you will be valued, respected, and heard. We are committed to investing in people and nurturing their desire to grow, and we can’t wait for you to join us.

The more flexible and reliable you are, the more shifts you may be able to work! The majority of our shifts are daytime Monday through Friday. We value compassion, excellence, and reliability, and are seeking DSPs who will also be committed to our values.

Work available throughout Erie County in variety of locations!

Such as Erie, Fairview, Girard, Waterford, Edinboro, and more


Compensation & Schedule:

  • Competitive pay rates with a weekly pay schedule ($19.50 / hour +)
  • Paid trainings and only a 1-day paid orientation!
  • Flexible scheduling (part-time, daytime hours, various shifts) mainly Monday - Friday dayshifts
  • Short commute times (we match opportunities within 30 minutes near your home)
    • Mileage reimbursement weekly
