Description:

 We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team. As a DSP, you will play a vital role in assisting people with disabilities to live fulfilling and independent lives. Your support will help people engage in daily activities, develop skills, and participate in their communities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct care and support to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
  • Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
  • Support people in reaching, growing and achieving personal goals and enhancing their independence.
  • Encourage community involvement and social interaction.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and progress of people supported.
  • Ensure a safe and positive environment for people supported.
  • Collaborate with team members, families, and healthcare professionals to provide the best support.

Multiple locations throughout DuPage County:

  • Naperville, Bensenville, Addison, Woodridge, Bloomingdale, Hinsdale, Villa Park, Lombard, Elmhurst, Downers Grove, West Chicago, Elk Grove

Requirements:

  • Ability to pass a background check and any required screenings.
