Blaze is currently hiring for a Personal Banker at our Elk River branch. As a Personal Banker, you are the frontline of Blaze and a trusted financial guide for Members. Youโ€™ll engage directly with members to understand their goals, identify their financial needs, and confidently recommend tailored products and services that empower their financial journey.


Youโ€™ll be part of a dynamic, experienced team committed to delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships. Your role is vitalโ€”not only in supporting our membersโ€™ success but also in driving Blazeโ€™s growth and mission forward.


Blaze is currently offering a bonus for DNA experience for $5,500 paid over a 2 year period, and $2,000 for Non-DNA experience paid over a 1 year period for all branch and member experience center positions.

What You Will Do:

  • Educate members on how to optimize Blaze's services to meet their individual needs
  • Perform duties and responsibilities with regard to opening and processing changes on the following account types: Savings, Checking, Certificate, Retirement, Legal and Business Accounts
  • Oversee consumer loan process following approved guidelines
  • Create meaningful relationships via excellent service and face to face interaction
  • Support your team by taking initiative to meet Blaze's growth objectives

Your Schedule:

  • This position will be FT 40 hours/week, Monday through Friday, with rotating Saturdays. (Saturday paid 1.5x for hours worked).
  • Consistent and reliable attendance is a required essential function of this role to meet the needs of the organization.

  • Proven experience as a personal banker or equivalent; experience in sales and customer service is a plus
