Caregivers, Personal Care Assistants (PCAs), and Home Health Aides (HHAs) — Whole Hearted is hiring compassionate care professionals to support our clients in their homes throughout our New Hampshire service areas.


We have immediate openings with clients close to home — apply and we'll match you with shifts near you.

Whole Hearted is a New Hampshire home care agency providing non-medical, in-home care that helps seniors and adults live safely and independently in their own homes. We're growing, and we need caring, reliable people to join our team of care professionals — whether you're an experienced caregiver, a certified PCA or HHA, or someone with a caring heart looking to start a career in home care. LNAs are also welcome to apply and will be considered for our licensed roles.

What You'll Do
  • Assist clients with activities of daily living: bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility

  • Prepare meals and provide medication reminders

  • Light housekeeping and laundry

  • Provide companionship and emotional support

  • Run errands and provide transportation to appointments

  • Document care and communicate changes to the office team

What You'll Need
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation

  • A compassionate, dependable, and patient nature

  • Ability to pass a background check

  • Prior experience as a caregiver, personal care assistant (PCA), home health aide (HHA), home care aide, companion, or DSP is a plus — but not required. We provide training.
