Account Manager – Property & Casualty
Location: Hybrid (flexible) | Syracuse, New York

RESPONSIBILITIES
What You’ll Do / Your ImpactClient Partnership & Risk Strategy
  • Support clients with coverage placement renewals claims coordination policy analysis and day to day servicing across personal lines accounts including home auto umbrella and flood
  • Collaborate with carriers and underwriters to obtain quotes submit documentation and resolve service requests efficiently
  • Contribute to retention and growth initiatives through account reviews remarketing account rounding and cross selling
  • Evaluate client exposures and recommend coverage changes while clearly explaining options to support informed decision making
Operational Excellence
  • Maintain documentation in agency management systems such as Sagitta ImageRight or similar platforms
  • Ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines internal procedures and policy accuracy standards
  • Support audits reporting and workflow management as needed
  • Manage account servicing activities with accuracy timeliness and attention to detail
Strategic Contribution
  • Assist in identifying coverage gaps exposures and risk mitigation strategies
  • Partner on new business opportunities by supporting submissions and client transitions
  • Contribute to process improvements that enhance client experience and operational efficiency

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Two or more years of Personal Lines Property and Casualty account management experience
  • Strong knowledge of personal lines coverages and underwriting requirements

Compensation:
Hourly range: $24 – $28 per hour
