Responsibilities

What Youll Be Responsible For

Assisting clients with personal insurance policies (home, auto, renters, umbrella, etc.)

Quoting new business and explaining coverage options clearly

Processing policy changes, renewals, claims and cancellations

Responding to client questions and service requests

Maintaining accurate and organized client documentation

Following carrier guidelines and agency procedures

Most daily tasks are structured and repeatable. This role requires responsiveness to client needs and the ability to stay organized in a moderately fast-paced environment.


Requirements

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

College degree preferred, but not required

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Basic computer proficiency

Ability to stay organized and manage tasks consistently

Willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty License within 6 months (agency will support and pay for licensing)

Nice to Have (Not Required)

Customer service or office experience

Sales or retail experience

Active Property & Casualty License

Experience working with detailed documentation
