$115,000 - $150,000 Total Compensation
Base salary plus quarterly performance bonus. High performers consistently earn above the range. Total comp grows with you - there is no cap.
ORIGINATION BONUS - UNCAPPED, PAID ON EVERY CASE YOU BRING IN
Refer a case to the firm and earn one-third of the firm's fee at resolution - on top of your regular compensation. Most firms reserve this for partners. We offer it to every attorney from day one.

This role sits inside our Oklahoma City office. You'll carry a personal injury pre-litigation caseload - building client relationships, negotiating with insurers, and moving cases toward resolution. Dedicated paralegals, case managers, and intake staff handle the administrative load so your time stays on law.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Manage a personal injury pre-litigation caseload from intake through demand and resolution
  • Build and maintain client relationships through consistent, proactive communication
  • Negotiate directly with insurance adjusters to maximize client recovery
  • Draft demand letters, settlement agreements, correspondence, and legal documents
  • Collaborate with and direct paralegal and case management staff in the OKC office
  • Develop referral relationships that grow your book of business - and your income

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Active Oklahoma Bar license - required
  • At least one year of personal injury experience preferred; strong candidates with relevant civil litigation background considered
  • Eligibility to obtain Missouri Bar license (UBE score or reciprocity)
