We are seeking a motivated, highly skilled Associate Personal Injury Attorney to join our dynamic team. This position will involve both pre-litigation and litigation responsibilities, offering an exciting and challenging opportunity to grow and advance in your legal career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pre-Litigation: Manage client intake, conduct investigations, gather and review evidence, negotiate with insurance companies, and prepare demand packages to secure settlements.
  • Litigation: Represent clients in court, including drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and trial preparation. Attend hearings, depositions, and mediations.
  • Handle a diverse caseload involving car accidents, slip and fall incidents, workplace injuries, and other personal injury matters.
  • Communicate with clients regularly to provide updates, explain legal options, and answer questions.
  • Work closely with senior attorneys to strategize and execute case plans.
  • Maintain a high level of client care and professional ethics throughout the process.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in Georgia.
  • 2-4 years of experience in personal injury law, with a strong background in both pre-litigation and litigation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation, legal research, and drafting skills.
