Position Overview:

We are looking for an Associate Attorney with a minimum of two to three years of experience in Personal Injury Litigation. The successful candidate will play a key role in our commitment to achieving the best results for our clients through trial experience, deposition handling, and effective case management. Applicants must be well-versed in utilizing Pre-Litigation settlement experience to negotiate favorable outcomes for clients and demonstrate proficiency in Pre-Litigation case management, handling cases from sign to settlement. These skills are vital in ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of representation and support throughout the legal process.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Manage Pre-Litigation case processes, including but not limited to:

o Initial client call

o Litigation review investigation and case grading

o Client statements

o Liability establishment

o Demand drafting

o Settlement negotiation

· Conducting trial proceedings and representing clients in Personal Injury cases.

· Taking and defending depositions.

· Managing tasks and time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

· Navigating the litigation process with expertise.

· Multi-tasking and working efficiently to meet deadlines.

Utilizing knowledge of Needles case management software (preferred).

Qualifications:

· Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

· Active bar membership in Georgia (licenses in both Texas and Georgia preferred but not required).

· Two to three years of experience in Personal Injury Litigation.

· Pre-Litigation case management and settlement experience.

· Strong trial experience.

· Effective deposition handling skills.

· Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
