Compensation:

$55,000 - $65,000 yearly depending on knowledge


Responsibilities:
  • Manage personal injury cases from start to demand phase, ensuring each client receives personalized attention and care.
  • Coordinate with medical providers, insurance companies, and legal professionals to gather necessary documentation and information.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to update them on case progress and address any concerns or questions they may have.
  • Prepare and organize case files, ensuring all documents are accurate and up-to-date for efficient case management.
  • Collaborate with attorneys to develop case strategies and assist in preparing for negotiations or court proceedings.
  • Review and analyze medical records, police reports, and other pertinent documents to support case development.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in managing personal injury cases from inception to resolution, ensuring client satisfaction and case efficiency.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with medical providers, insurance companies, and legal professionals to gather essential documentation.
  • Proven track record of maintaining clear and consistent communication with clients, addressing their concerns and updating them on case progress.
  • Strong organizational skills to prepare and manage case files, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information for seamless case management.
  • Ability to collaborate with attorneys to develop strategic case approaches and assist in preparation for negotiations or court proceedings.
  • Experience in reviewing and analyzing medical records, police reports, and other documents to support case development.
  • Proficiency in using case management software and tools to enhance productivity and case tracking efficiency.
