When you join us as a Attorney Request ChartSwap, you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders- patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes.

You Will:

  • Review and verify submitted Attorney requests ensuring that all documentation is HIPPA compliant and that the patient’s information is valid.
  • Provide exceptional customer service while responding to and documenting electronic Attorney inquiries in a timely manner established by standard operating procedures.
  • Follow up and report status of pending, in process and completed requests.
  • Locate, organize and submit electronic patient billing and/or medical records.

You Are:

  • Genuinely passionate about customer service and exercise sound judgement and an ability to remain professional in all situations
  • Able to demonstrate effective and professional communication, interpersonal skills and respect with patients, providers & colleagues
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a knack for prioritizing work with a structured approach, and enjoy providing world class customer service

To Ensure Success In This Role, You Must Have:

  • At least 1 year of medical billing and collections experience, as well as Accounts Receivable experience.
  • A high school diploma (some college preferred)
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • The ability to multitask and complete tasks within multiple electronic billing and medical record programs.
  • Experience using ChartSwap or other electronic patient record platforms preferred but not required.
