As we expand our personal injury practice in the Missouri market, we are focused on building a team of attorneys who contribute to both legal excellence and the firms continued growth.
We are seeking a Personal Injury Associate Attorney with prior experience who is motivated to grow professionally while playing a meaningful role in a high-performing, results-driven practice. This position offers early responsibility, hands-on case management, and the opportunity to contribute to the firms ongoing expansion.
Key Responsibilities
  • Represent clients in personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and related claims
  • Manage a full caseload from intake through resolution, including litigation when necessary
  • Evaluate claims, analyze liability and damages, and develop case strategy
  • Handle negotiations with insurance carriers and opposing counsel
  • Maintain organized case files and ensure timely progression of matters
  • Contribute to overall firm efficiency through effective case management
  • Collaborate with attorneys and staff to support workflow and operational goals
Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
  • Licensed and in good standing in Missouri (additional jurisdictions a plus)
  • 13 years of personal injury or comparable litigation experience required
  • Demonstrated strong work ethic and a high level of accountability
  • Ability to manage a demanding caseload with efficiency and attention to detail
  • Strong negotiation and advocacy skills
  • Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical abilities
  • Professional judgment and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
  • Interest in contributing to a growing, performance-driven practice
  • Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable
