Job Description

  • Manage a litigation docket of personal injury cases including motor vehicle accidents and premises liability
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
  • Conduct and defend depositions
  • Attend hearings, mediations, and trials
  • Work closely with paralegals and legal support staff to drive cases forward
  • Communicate effectively with clients, experts, and opposing counsel
  • Prepare cases strategically from filing through resolution or trial


Qualifications

  • J.D. from an accredited law school
  • Active Texas Bar license required
  • Experience handling personal injury litigation matters
  • Comfortable managing discovery, depositions, and court appearances
  • Strong organizational, communication, and advocacy skills
  • Trial experience is a plus but not required
