Your day-to-day responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Conducting individual therapy sessions via secure video conferencing technology, ensuring a compassionate and ethical approach to mental health care.
• Utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and solution-focused approaches to address clients' unique needs.
• Developing comprehensive, individualized treatment plans that take into account clients' backgrounds, experiences, and therapeutic goals.
• Facilitating discussions that help clients gain insight into their emotions, experiences, and interpersonal relationships.
• Regularly monitoring client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans, and supporting clients in building healthy coping strategies.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to share insights and best practices, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and client-centered care.

Your primary focus will be on providing mental health support to low acuity adults who are stable but experiencing various challenges. This could range from anxiety and depression to relationship issues or stress management. To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Full licensure to practice independently as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• No limited or provisional licenses, and no disciplinary actions on your record.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills that convey empathy and understanding.
• Strong proficiency with technology and computer systems, ensuring efficient documentation and communication.

While a minimum of two years of counseling experience is required, candidates with additional expertise in specific therapeutic modalities or populations will be considered favorably. Experience in outpatient settings, especially in remote capacities, will also be advantageous.

Your compensation will be competitive, with an annual salary range of USD 90,000 to 110,000 based on your working hours and experience. Additionally, you can expect:
