• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of client's mental health, family dynamics, and relationship challenges.
• Develop and implement personalized therapy programs that incorporate evidence-based techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and family systems therapy.
• Provide individual, couples, and family counseling to enhance communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen relationships.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Participate in regular supervision and professional training to stay current with best practices and continue personal development.
• Engage actively in team meetings to discuss case progress, share insights, and contribute to team goals.

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
