Job Overview:
As a Senior Copywriter in our Creative Studio, you'll come up with big ideas and craft compelling narratives that resonate with our audience. The role is equal parts concept and craft. So, you'll need to bring your creativity, strategic thinking, and an enviable turn of phrase. You'll also need the ability to turn complex subjects and business speak into clear everyday language with flair. Whether you're working with an art director on a concept, or by yourself on a script, you'll bring our brand to life in unique ways through the stories you tell.
This a hybrid role that requires 3 days per week in our midtown NYC office. There is no option to be fully remote.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Write original copy that grabs attention across a variety of media, including video, digital, and social
  • Come up with unique ideas that effectively communicate complex topics to diverse audiences.
  • Ensure all copy aligns with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and messaging strategy.
  • Partner with art directors, designers, and media team to make your vision a reality
  • Sell your ideas internally with persuasive presentations and handle objections constructively.
  • Help shape creative briefs to give us an inspiring starting point for conceptual work.
  • Work with managers and other team members to refine processes, share insights, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Keep up to speed with industry innovations and trends

Experience Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years' experience in creative copywriting roles with a strong understanding of advertising and marketing
  • Experience working in a traditional art director/copywriter conceptual team
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of B2B and B2C projects, with an emphasis on conceptual thinking and creative execution.
  • Proficiency in crafting scripts for various formats, including presentations, videos, ads, and digital content.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Familiarity with brand development, messaging strategy, and advertising principles.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $80,000 to $125,000.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
