Role Purpose:
We're currently hiring a Temporary Senior Copywriter, Creative Development, to support one of our financial clients. You will be responsible for generating, co-managing and co-directing the look, tone and feel of all on-strategy creative ideas across multiple mediums. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong copywriting background with a focus on print, digital marketing and customer communications including email, landing pages, paid media, direct mail, and owned marketing channels.
Special Requirements:
This role will directly support and take direction from the client.
This role requires the completion of several internal financial training.
This role requires disclosure of personal stock and investment information.
Key Accountabilities
  • Provide superior writing skills to concept against different deliverables, including but not limited to; print, scripts, digital and content, developing campaigns, activations, social posts, and more across multiple projects.
  • Self-edit and review all deliverables for grammatical and formatting issues, ensuring strategy alignment as well as clients' tone, style, audience, and objectives.
  • Develop superior creative solutions that successfully live across all forms of media and reflect a firm understanding of the communications objective, client nuances and timing/budget parameters.

Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in the creative advertising industry
  • Bachelors in advertising, marketing or related field.
  • In lieu of degree, equivalent experience in a relevant field required.
  • Demonstrated creative success on wide range of client work.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, including adherence to product, service, and brand requirements.
  • Collaborative mindset with experience partnering effectively with designers, marketers, strategists, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to receive feedback constructively, iterate efficiently, and deliver high-quality work on tight deadlines.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects amidst competing priorities.

Must Haves:
  • Experience writing within financial services, investment management, or other regulated industries.
  • Must be able to work on a PC version of INDD within client's virtual desktop, which is PC based.
  • Experience developing content across channels, including print, email, landing pages, paid media, direct mail, and owned marketing channels.
  • Ability to translate complex topics into clear, concise, audience-focused messaging.
  • Strong storytelling and concepting skills; able to develop creative ideas that align to business objectives and campaign briefs.

Additional Preferred Skills:
  • Experience writing for audience segmentation, personalization, and customer lifecycle marketing.
  • Familiarity with Figma and creative review workflows.
  • Understanding of brand voice development and adapting tone for different audiences and channels.
  • Experience contributing to integrated marketing campaigns from concept through execution.
  • Familiarity with compliance, legal, or regulated-content review processes.

The hourly pay range for this position is $53.74 - $71.65. The hourly pay rate for the successful candidate is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law. Temporary employees are eligible for paid holidays in accordance with dentsu policy, as well as safe and sick time. This position is not eligible for any other benefits or other compensation.
