What we are looking for:

Experienced Personal Shopper & Stylists to join our Personal Shopping Network and deliver exceptional shopping experiences through Bal Harbour Shops, trunk shows, and private appointments.


As part of the Bal Harbour Shops network, you will offer clients access to over 100 luxury brands while providing highly personalized, concierge-level service. Acting as a multi-brand ambassador, you will curate tailored selections, build long-term relationships with VICs, and enhance client engagement. You will also benefit from Bal Harbour Shops’ marketing and promotional support to grow and strengthen your client base through an exclusive partnership.


What you'll focus on:


Client Engagement and Relationship Management

  • Maintain and actively engage an existing portfolio of high-net-worth clients.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and brand partners to secure access to exclusive merchandise, special collections, and high-demand brand events.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client preferences, lifestyles, and needs to curate tailored assortments that drive engagement and sales.
  • Proactively nurture, re-engage, and expand relationships with existing clients to strengthen loyalty and increase long-term Customer Lifetime Value.

Personalized Styling

  • Deliver expert fashion and product guidance tailored to each client’s individual style, preferences, and lifestyle.
  • Create thoughtfully curated, personalized outfits and complete looks that align with each client’s needs and aspirations.
  • Demonstrate deep product knowledge by staying current on fashion trends, new launches, and brand offerings, with a strong understanding of craftsmanship, materials, quality, and design details.

In-Store, Off-site and Online Shopping

  • Assist clients with in-store shopping experiences at Bal Harbour Shops pop-ups, trunk show events, private personal shopping appointments, and online orders.
  • Coordinate seamless delivery of online purchases, ensuring convenience and an elevated client experience.
  • Collaborate closely with brand partners to remain current on assortments, new arrivals, and exclusive offerings; curate and source inventory across stores, efficiently process transactions, and accurately track sales to deliver a best-in-class, end-to-end shopping experience.
Requirements:

  • 8–10+ years of experience in luxury retail, personal shopping, or fashion styling.
  • Established book of high-net-worth, actively engaged clients.
  • Strong passion for fashion with in-depth knowledge of luxury brands and products.
  • Proven ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with high-profile clientele using omnichannel communication tools.
  • Strong sales acumen with a consistent record of driving revenue.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills suited to a luxury environment.
  • Keen eye for style, trends, and detail, with a creative approach to visual merchandising.
