Stewards and analyzes current products while providing the best experience to help our clients achieve security, build wealth and realize their dreams. Collaborates with the Marketing Group Head and the Community Banking Group Head.Essential RequirementsResponsible for listening to the "voice of the client", as well as, designing, creating, and implementing personal banking deposit products and programs. This includes managing the complete lifecycle, setting pricing, positioning, client acquisition and retention, and profitability.Analyzes data to uncover opportunities for product improvements, gaps, and optimizations to meet client needs.Provides competitive information, product performance, and growth recommendations to senior management.Works collaboratively across the Bank on implementing products and processes - from design to rollout. This includes serving in a product training role.Responsible for mapping client journeys, as well as, creating and maintaining exceptional client experiences.Deepens existing relationship with direct marketing programs.Effectively drive awareness, consideration, and preference for new client acquisition. With a strategic emphasis on digital and mobile-first to acknowledge and best respond to growing consumer preference.Works with the Marketing team to understand client needs and communicate those needs both internally and externally.Develop acquisition, retention and cross-selling opportunities and lead strategic campaigns.Consults and partners with business partners within the Bank to accomplish shared accountabilities while demonstrating initiative and innovation in achieving results with attention to detail and a collaborative approach to getting things done.Provides innovative thinking, while working with leadership and various cross-functional teams to execute strategic plans.Acts as relationship manager with strategic community partners and sponsorships such as the South Bend Cubs, Fort Wayne Komets, and advertising agencies.Represents corporate mission, vision and values of integrity, teamwork, providing superior quality and outstanding client service, and being a community in the leader.Understands and keeps up to date with regulations to build compliant products and programs.Regular and predictable attendance is an essential requirement of the position.Responsible for the completion of all compliance training related to the position.Must understand all applicable laws and regulations that apply to the position and comply with the requirements.Non-Essential FunctionsPerforms all other duties as assigned.Experience/SkillsMinimum of three (3) years or more of a related mix of marketing, agency management, and/or media buying & planning experience preferred.Banking industry experience is preferred, but not required.Demonstrated success in leading large-scale strategy projects with proven results.Strong business, analytical, planning skills and creative thinking.Effective leadership skills – ability to work and communicate across division lines.Ability to be proactive, take initiative, and carefully monitor, follow through, and complete every project/responsibility.Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.Excellent oral, written, presentation and communication skills.Good PC skills--proficiency in Word and Excel essential.Ability to meet deadlines and work with no supervision; manages time for high productivity and allocates resources to match production needs.EducationBachelor of Degree required; concentration in Marketing preferred.Travel RequirementsAbility to travel to all locations as well as ability to travel overnight, as needed for meetings, projects, seminars, etc.Physical DemandsWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to sit, stand and walk; use hands and fingers to operate keyboard and other office equipment; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
