About This Role

We are seeking an organized, proactive, and dependable Personal Assistant based in Port Richey, FL. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative, logistical, and personal support to ensure daily operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate excels at multitasking, maintains strict confidentiality, and anticipates needs before they arise.


What You'll Do
  • Manage daily calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Run professional and personal errands around the Port Richey area.
  • Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and phone calls efficiently.
  • Organize household schedules, supervise contractors, and manage vendor relationships.

Requirements
