A highly private principal is seeking an Personal Assistant who can be based in either the San Francisco Bay Area. This role provides hands-on support across the principal’s private residences, household systems, and day-to-day personal operations and is dedicated exclusively to personal support.


The position requires exceptional discretion, organization, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate is calm, polished, and highly autonomous, with the ability to manage complex personal logistics and maintain seamless daily operations behind the scenes. This is a structured, no-ego environment with well-established systems and exceptionally high standards. The position is fully on-site and will require flexibility for weekend work.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day personal and household operations
  • Maintain organization across personal spaces, inventories, and supplies
  • Ensure property readiness and smooth execution of daily routines
  • Manage schedules, logistics, and ad hoc personal requests
  • Coordinate with household staff and external vendors as needed
  • Anticipate needs and proactively resolve issues with minimal direction
