As an Owner Experience Assistant, you’ll be a key member of the Owner Experience team - supporting the full owner journey from daytoday enquiries to communitybuilding events. You’ll ensure owners feel valued, listened to and supported, helping make their time on park as enjoyable and stressfree as possible. 

You’ll work closely with your manager and the wider team to deliver firstclass service, accurate administration, and a warm, welcoming environment. 

What you will be doing...
  • Act as the first point of contact for owners across facetoface, phone and email enquiries. 
  • Handle all queries efficiently, accurately and professionally. 
  • Provide warm, friendly support that helps every owner feel valued and respected. 
  • Be the voice of our owners - gathering feedback, spotting themes and helping shape improvements. 
  • Support written communications, updates and messages to owners when required. 
  • Work collaboratively with park teams to ensure a smooth, joinedup experience. 
  • Support the planning, coordination and delivery of owner events such as forums, dropins and social activities. 
  • Help create a sense of community and belonging on park, ensuring events run smoothly and owners feel engaged. 
About you...
  • Experience in a customer-facing or administrative role. 
  • Proven ability to deliver excellent service - ideally in leisure, hospitality or similar. 
  • Strong IT skills with confidence using multiple systems at once. 
  • Friendly, professional communication skills across all channels. 
  • Good organisational skills and strong attention to detail. 
  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and bank holidays where needed.
