Pepper's Personal Assistants is a fast-growing executive services organization that launched in 2012. Executives, business owners, and busy professionals contact us to handle their household tasks, chores, and projects. We make our clients' life easier, allowing them to focus on their families, careers, and other activities they love.


Job Summary:

We are hiring for a Personal Assistant to support a busy family near Mukilteo. Our client is looking to find someone who can help them with household management and chores to give them extra time to focus on their careers and children. The ideal candidate enjoys grocery shopping and preparing meals, has strong organizational skills, and has the natural ability to proactively anticipate the clients needs to take initiative.


Hours:

15 hours per week. Schedule: Mondays, Wednesday and Thursdays 9:30am-2:30pm.


Compensation:

$28 - $31 per hour, based on experience.


Location:

Mukilteo. This is an on-site position, and candidates must live in the greater Seattle area.


Start Date:

ASAP.


Role Description:


Your role will involve:

  • Heavy meal prepping, planning and cooking
  • Chores including daily laundry, light cleaning, dishes, and home organization
  • Home organization and systems
  • Errands including picking up groceries, prescriptions, dry cleaning, returns, etc.
  • Accepting deliveries
  • Assist with special projects / vendors / household management
  • Maintain and follow detailed home maintenance needs

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
