Job description

High-end, family-owned business that caters to residential and commercial customers in the building industry is seeking a highly organized, dependable, and proactive Executive / Personal Assistant to provide both business and personal support to company ownership.

This is a trusted, hands-on position for someone who takes initiative, stays ahead of priorities, and enjoys making the lives of the people they support more organized and efficient.

The ideal candidate is professional, discreet, resourceful, and comfortable handling a wide range of business and personal responsibilities.


Executive Support

  • Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, travel, and other commitments
  • Organize and prioritize incoming requests, correspondence, and communications
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings with clients, colleagues, vendors, and other contacts
  • Track deadlines, follow-ups, projects, and outstanding action items
  • Prepare documents, meeting materials, presentations, and correspondence as needed
  • Maintain organized digital and physical files
  • Help ownership stay organized and ensure important items are followed through to completion
  • Handle additional administrative needs as they arise


Personal Assistance

  • Coordinate personal appointments, reservations, errands, and household-related needs
  • Plan and organize travel, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries
  • Manage purchases, returns, deliveries, and special requests
  • Coordinate dinners, events, and other personal or family arrangements
  • Assist with errands and miscellaneous day-to-day needs
  • Handle personal and confidential matters with discretion
