Responsibilities Provide comprehensive personal support to a UHNW Principal across a wide variety of day-to-day needs Manage complex scheduling, appointments, reservations, and personal logistics with exceptional attention to detail Coordinate travel itineraries, transportation, and accommodations, ensuring seamless execution Handle confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion Liaise with vendors, household staff, service providers, and external contacts Anticipate needs before they arise, proactively solving problems and ensuring every detail is thoughtfully managed Assist with special projects, personal errands, and ad hoc requests as priorities evolve Remain accessible and flexible outside of traditional business hours when needed Qualifications Previous experience supporting a UHNW individual, executive, or family office A true service-oriented mindset with a "no task is too big or too small" approach Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with a 24/7 support mentality Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Highly discreet, polished, and emotionally intelligent Outstanding communication skills and strong professional judgment Pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, we will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.
