Position Overview

Harmonia Persona Healthcare Services, LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a full-time remote position. As an LCSW, you will play a pivotal role in providing therapy and support to individuals, couples, families, and groups navigating the complexities of mental health. By utilizing your expertise and innovative approaches, you will help clients overcome challenges and achieve their personal goals, ultimately contributing to improved mental health outcomes in the communities we serve.

About the Organization

At Harmonia Persona Healthcare Services, LLC, we are committed to bridging the gaps in mental health care by identifying and implementing creative solutions for the communities we serve. Our mission is to foster an environment where therapists can focus on what they do bestโ€”providing exceptional care and support to clients. We value teamwork and collaboration, and we strive to create a workplace culture that feels like a family, dedicated to enhancing the mental well-being of our local communities.

Work Environment

This full-time position is fully remote, allowing you to create a flexible and supportive work-life balance. You will be a vital part of our Detox Center team, collaborating virtually with other professionals in the field. The nature of remote work coupled with our commitment to a robust support system means that you'll have the autonomy needed to excel while also receiving the backing of a dynamic team dedicated to client outcomes. Our tools and practices, including the use of Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and video conferencing, will facilitate your ability to deliver high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver direct clinical services to a varied client base through individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI).
  • Provide exemplary customer service to clients, ensuring they feel heard, supported, and motivated to work toward their treatment goals.
  • Conduct therapeutic assessments, develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans, and continuously review and update case notes in compliance with company policy.
  • Administer a minimum of 25 client-facing visits weekly, allowing for a manageable caseload that supports your work-life balance while ensuring quality care delivery.
  • Collaborate with case managers, family members, healthcare personnel, and educators to coordinate client care and support.
  • Actively participate in regular clinical staff meetings, training sessions, and community outreach initiatives to improve services and expand your professional network.
  • Respond to communications from the Clinical Director promptly and professionally, maintaining open lines of communication.
  • Demonstrate cultural competence and ensure that therapy approaches respect and incorporate clients' diverse identities and experiences.
Patient Population / Client Focus

This role necessitates working with a diverse clientele facing a range of mental health challenges. You will encounter individuals experiencing issues such as anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and more, each requiring tailored therapeutic approaches. Your ability to engage with clients from various cultural backgrounds will be essential in developing effective therapeutic relationships and delivering impactful interventions.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
  • Must possess an independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • Proven experience in conducting mental health assessments, creating treatment plans, and documenting client progress.
  • Familiarity with Office 365 and EHR systems is essential to manage documentation and facilitate remote client interactions effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with clients and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
  • The ability to uphold appropriate professional boundaries while fostering a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in detox or addiction treatment settings is advantageous.
  • Previous involvement in community outreach or networking initiatives is preferred.
  • Experience providing therapy to varied populations, including families and groups, is beneficial.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 per year for this full-time position. Additionally, our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance, along with retirement plans. We also provide an employee assistance program that supports your mental health and well-being, ensuring that our team members are well-cared for as they care for others.

At Harmonia Persona, we are invested in the ongoing professional growth of our team members. You will have opportunities for skill enhancement and leadership development through access to training programs and resources aimed at advancing your career within the organization. Your contributions will pave the way for potential advancements in roles and responsibilities.
