Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize creative strategies and evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to develop and implement personalized treatment plans for clients.
  • Maintain a minimum of 25 client-facing interactions weekly through virtual consultations or in-person sessions, adhering to the organization's emphasis on work-life balance.
  • Prepare and submit comprehensive documentation for each client session in accordance with company protocols, ensuring meticulous record-keeping for ongoing treatment evaluations and adjustments.
  • Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams including case managers, family members, medical personnel, and other specialists to provide holistic support tailored to client needs.
  • Participate actively in clinical staff meetings, training sessions, and community outreach initiatives to foster relationships and enhance service delivery.
  • Respond promptly to communications from the Clinical Director and engage in professional development opportunities to strengthen your clinical skills.

Qualifications
