What are the roles and responsibilities of a person in charge?

A 'Person In Charge' is typically responsible for overseeing operations and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards in a specific setting, such as a food establishment or facility. Their duties may include supervising staff, managing daily activities, addressing safety concerns, and ensuring that all procedures are followed correctly.
