Job description

Belgium: We are currently looking for a Technical Supervisor.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Analyses business ideas and design concepts to prepare initial technical feasibility check in terms of functionality.
  • Elaborates detailed technical specifications for ideas/design concept to be presented to suppliers for quotation submission.
  • Selects appropriate suppliers to participate in the tenders and provides briefing and technical details.
  • Evaluates supplier quotations from technical and price point of view and provides recommendations for purchase.
  • Identifies all the administrative and construction permissions needed to execute a project and defines the technical requirement to obtain the permissions.
  • Acts as Project Manager (or supervises the Project Manager) until the project is completed and commissioned to the corresponding Operation Manager.
  • Assures that all agreed specifications are met during the commissioning process.
  • Acts as point of contact with suppliers until the project is completed and delivered to the Park.
Requirements
  • Education: Engineering or Architect Master Degree.
  • Languages: Spanish and English at a proficiency level.
  • Computer Skills: Microsoft Office, AutoCAD.
  • Experience: Five years of previous experience as a Project Manager, Head of Work, or designer.
  • Other: Ability to manage several projects at the same time.
