JOB TITLE: Electrical Integration & Test Engineer
LOCATION: Grand Prairie, TX
PAY RATE: $65.87/hour

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

  • Support a development missile program with focus on Telemetry (TM) and Flight Termination Systems (FTS).

  • Hands-on engineering support across qualification testing, production deliveries, obsolescence upgrades, and second-source development.

  • Support qualification and/or lot acceptance testing and production deliveries

  • Provide engineering support for component obsolescence and second-source identification/development

  • Participate in requirements development, design, analysis, integration, and testing

  • Support technical and safety reviews, and interface with review boards

  • Collaborate with external suppliers to verify requirements, ensure performance, and meet delivery schedules

  • Communicate technical status, issues, and recommendations to program leadership

  • Present at program, technical, and safety reviews

  • Travel to supplier, production, or test sites as needed

  • Act as a self-starter with ability to manage tasking based on program input

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (Electrical, Computer, Aerospace), or a related technical field

  • Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR) and eligible for a DoD Secret Clearance; active clearance preferred

  • Experience integrating hardware and software, with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

  • Familiar with embedded telemetry or flight termination systems and system-level performance verification

  • Effective communicator with experience presenting to leadership, technical, and safety review boards

  • Collaborative team player with experience working across engineering, design, and production teams

  • Understanding of RF systems is a plus

  • Comfortable supporting supplier engagement and requirement verification

  • Proficient in:

    • Embedded systems

    • Electrical testing and hardware integration

    • Product development and requirements development

    • Operating in production environments

    • Supplier management and instrumentation

  • Safety shoes required; must be available for on-site work with occasional travel
