Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Ensure that problems tracked are analyzed and investigated for their root cause,

Find temporary work around/permanent solutions,

Negate the chance of the problem reoccurrence,

Managing the problem process effectively, 

Interface with technical resources, Incident Management, Technical Operations, Engineering and QA,

Reduce the overall number of day-to-day production incidents through issue and pattern identification.

Contribute to the development and implementation of organizational practices via investigation and triage to understand, then execute on meaningful fixes to chronic problems.


Qualifications

Someone who has Stong background in problem management

Trending and problem analysis

2-3 years' experience. No more than 5. 

Marketing services to other cable providers

Wants to see similar industry experience & Cloud and video experience.(Video or Voice services ,Cable

Such as Netflix,Verizon)

Need experience ith Jira and/or ServiceNow
