United States Citizenship is required due to government contract requirements Visa sponsorship is not available for this position We can ONLY consider your application if you have: 1: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience. 2: 8+ years of experience in Test Engineering, Systems Engineering, Automated Test Equipment (ATE), RF Test, or related technical fields involving the development, integration, deployment, and troubleshooting of complex test systems. 3: Experience with one or more test automation and engineering software platforms such as LabVIEW, TestStand, MATLAB, PathWave, ADS, or similar tools. 4: Hands-on experience with RF test and measurement equipment including Vector Network Analyzers (VNA/PNA), Spectrum Analyzers, Oscilloscopes, Signal Generators, and related instrumentation. 5: Product development/prototype experience 6: Strong understanding of RF and electrical engineering fundamentals, measurement techniques, and system-level troubleshooting. 7: Experience developing, integrating, validating, or supporting automated test systems, Automated Test Equipment (ATE), RF test environments, or complex engineering solutions. 8: Demonstrated experience leading technical projects, cross-functional teams, or customer-facing engineering efforts. 9: Broad systems engineering background with experience spanning hardware, software, electrical, and mechanical elements of complex systems. 10: Proven ability to work directly with customers, understand technical requirements, and translate customer needs into practical engineering solutions. 11: Strong interpersonal, presentation, written, and verbal communication skills. 12: Based on customer requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required. Candidates must also be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance. 13: Hands-on RF measurement experience (VNA/PNA, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, oscilloscopes) with test automation using LabVIEW, TestStand, Python, MATLAB, or similar tools. 14: Comfortable working across hardware, software, instrumentation, and system-level troubleshooting.
