Role: RF Technician
Location: State College, PA
Duration: 12+ plus months (Contract 2 Direct hire)
Client: L3 Harris (Aerospace & Defense)
Pay Rate $35-45/hr on w2 Job Description:
Must- Haves (Hard Skills) :-
• 3+ years’ experience performing digital, analog and RF testing using automated and manual test equipment. Electronic Test Technician required to test and troubleshoot digital, analog and RF assemblies down to the component level. Candidate must be proficient with the use of various test equipment and must be familiar with schematic diagrams. Essential Functions:
• Able to test and troubleshoot digital, analog and RF assemblies down to the component level.
• Proficient with the use of various test equipment and must be familiar with schematic diagrams.
• Proven problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team under guidance of engineers.
• 2+ years’ experience performing digital, analog and RF testing using automated and manual test equipment. Qualifications:
• High school diploma (bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred) Preferred Additional Skills:
• Technical knowledge of electronics and Final Assembly (FA) fabrication a plus.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, ability to present ideas and data to a group.
• Works collaboratively with other team members to troubleshoot test failures.
• Demonstrates personal accountability for all work performed.
