JOB TITLE: RF Engineer
LOCATION: Chelmsford, MA
PAY RATE: $79.71/hour

We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Job Details:

  • Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)

  • Clearance: Full Secret clearance required at time of submittal

  • Shift: Contractor will work First Shift (Monday–Thursday) from 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Summary: 

  • Support the manufacturing of complex multi-function RF/microwave modules used in high-reliability applications

  • Analyze and troubleshoot circuits for advanced electronic modules, including amplifiers, mixers, switches, frequency generation, and frequency conversion circuits

  • Provide technical support to manufacturing operations, resolving assembly and test issues

  • Collaborate with hardware, systems, and circuit design engineers, as well as technicians and manufacturing support personnel

Requirements:

  • Full Secret clearance required at time of submittal

  • Bachelor's Degree in RF or Microwave Engineering

  • 1+ years of experience in RF/Microwave Engineering

  • 1+ years of experience testing, tuning, and troubleshooting microwave circuits

  • Proficiency with RF/microwave test equipment, including network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and phase noise analyzers

  • Ability to review and interpret technical documentation such as specifications, schematics, and test data

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).

Desired Skills:

  • Professional experience in aerospace or defense industries

  • Demonstrated academic achievement in RF/Microwave Engineering
