Property Names: The Edition on Rosemary, The Warehouse, Courtyard Lofts and The Lookout

Area Maintenance Supervisor: The Area Maintenance Supervisor is directly responsible for the condition and proper, profitable maintenance operations of specified, multi-site housing properties and its equipment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Supervising staff
  • Overseeing all maintenance and grounds keeping activity on site
  • Working with vendors
  • Controlling budget costs
  • Keeping accurate paperwork for warranty information and equipment replacement, etc.
  • Assist with Property Turn

Education/Experience:

  • Candidates will possess 5 years of prior property maintenance experience to include team leader, supervisor, and/or vendor management experience.

Travel Requirements:

  • The Area Maintenance Supervisor may be asked to train other Maintenance Supervisors, in various markets. Additionally, the Area Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for more than 1 property, which may be in separate cities.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit for long periods of time;
  • Ability to use hands and fingers;
  • Ability to speak, see, and hear;
  • Ability to reach, bend, stoop, push, and pull;
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds;
  • Ability to walk and climb stairs;
  • Ability to think, concentrate, and communicate;
