Job Description
A registered nurse is responsible for providing care to patients in a variety of healthcare settings. They work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive the best possible care.
Responsibilities:
- Assessing and recording patient symptoms and medical histories
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitoring and recording patient vital signs
- Providing emotional support to patients and their families
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Ensuring that patient care is delivered in a safe and effective manner
