This is a permanent remote position, providing you with the comfort of a home-based workspace. Your full caseload can typically be established within two weeks, meaning you can dive right into your practice with minimal downtime.

• Conduct individual counseling sessions via video chat to enhance clients' mental health and emotional well-being.
• Facilitate discussions about clients' emotions, experiences, and challenges to foster self-insight and understanding of their relationships.
• Act as a client advocate by assisting them in identifying personal goals and creating actionable plans to achieve them.
• Assess clients' mental conditions and develop coherent treatment plans based on proven methodologies combined with your clinical expertise.
• Document sessions and maintain necessary case notes in compliance with state regulations, ensuring minimal paperwork through our administrative support services.

In this role, you will engage with a diverse clientele, all prescreened for stability and low acuity levels, allowing for a constructive therapeutic environment. Our emphasis on matching clients with therapists based on specialties and demographic preferences ensures that you work with a population aligned with your expertise and background, enhancing both your practice and patient satisfaction.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• An independent license in one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) issued by the state board (limited/provisional licenses not accepted).
• Ability to perform professional evaluations, make decisions, and formulate recommendations for treatment planning and implementation.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to therapy.
• Proficiency with technology and electronic health record systems.

While specific prior telehealth experience is not required, familiarity with online therapy platforms will be advantageous. Experience working with a diverse range of clients and utilizing solution-focused therapeutic approaches will also enrich your practice in our organization.
