Permanent Remote Mechatronics Jobs (NOW HIRING)

In the role of service technician in the inside service (m/w/d) you will be responsible for the telephone support of our customers and plant operators as well as the technical support of our service technicians in the field. Thanks to your in-depth specialist knowledge, you are able to carry out remote diagnostics and support in solving problems.

We work mostly remotely, but in the first weeks you will work completely at our location in Allendorf to ensure optimal training. Of course, we will cover the costs of your accommodation during this time.

Tasks

• Telephone support of our customers and plant operators for the commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting of our climate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
• Technical support and efficient deployment of Viessmann customer service technicians
• Ensuring performance indicators in the service team (e.g. telephone availability, immediate completion rate, etc.)
• Objective and computational control of own orders from technicians and customers
• Participation in the on-call service also on weekends (in rotation with other teams)

Requirements

• Completed training as a plant mechanic SHK, electronics technician for energy and building technology, refrigeration mechatronics or electrical installer
• Completed further education to technician or master SHK or equivalent is desirable
• Professional experience in customer service
• Good imagination in technical matters
• Fluent German language skills in speech and writing are required, English language skills are advantageous

Salary range

The annual salary for this position is between €43,000.00-€86,000.00 per year. Factors such as skills, education, experience and other qualifications can influence the salary within this range.

Additional compensation

This position may be eligible for short-term bonus payments.
