Concur Technologies, Inc.ย seeks aย Marketing Strategy Expert at our Bellevue, WA locationย to lead business for assigned regions/market units to successfullyย monitor, manage andย optimizeย performance against Concur CMO scorecard metrics and other key performance indicators.ย ย
Expectations and Tasks:ย ย
Oversee "Health of Marketing" syncs, planning meetings, and mid-year syncs. Monitor performance of marketing plans and strategies;ย identifyย opportunities to enhance marketing impact, efficiency, and return on investment. Own annual pipeline modeling and target setting on behalf of supported market units. Work with Distribution marketing leadership and marketing operations to refine, evolve and build out new analytics strategies, models, reporting and executive dashboards/scorecards to provide transparency into performance, productivity, and return on marketing investment. Proactively uncover data-driven and data-informed actionable opportunities for increasing marketing impact.ย Adviseย marketing leadership on pipeline health, demand generation strategies, areas of opportunity,ย risksย and recommended actions for resolving challenges and maximizing performance. Lead and support high-impact, global projects and change initiatives.ย
Educationย and Occupational Experience:ย ย
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Business Management, Business Analytics,ย or a related field of studyย and seven (7) years ofย progressive post-baccalaureateย experience in the job offered or related occupation. Alternatively, aย Master'sย degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Business Management, Business Analytics,ย or a related field of studyย and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.ย

Compensation Range Transparency: The annualย base salary range for this position isย $156,223ย - $254,745.ย SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step towardย demonstratingย SAP's commitment to pay equity. SAPย providesย the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position isย $176,300ย - $299,700. The actualย amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. asย determinedย through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollarย amountย and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
