Job description

Role: Analytical Software Engineer

Duration: 24 Months

Location: Bedminster, NJ

Mode of Work: Onsite for 5 days.


Must Have PhD Degree in related field of study


Responsibilities:

  • Research and develop intelligent solutions for O-RAN and RIC platforms (RT/NRT).
  • Build and optimize AI/ML models for RAN performance and automation.
  • Develop and integrate xApps/rApps using Java and Python.
  • Manage and analyze telecom data using SQL/NoSQL databases.
  • Collaborate on system simulations, modeling, and prototype testing.

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong background in Wireless Communications / Telecom Systems.
  • Proficiency in Java, Python, and AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Experience with O-RAN, RIC platforms, and network optimization.
  • Knowledge of databases, data analytics, and cloud-native environments.
  • Master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with 3GPP / O-RAN Alliance standards and open-source RIC frameworks.
  • Experience with 5G/6G, edge computing, or network automation.
