Job description


We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team across multiple shifts. In this role, you will operate production equipment, monitor machinery performance, ensure product quality, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
This position requires working in a hot manufacturing environment and performing physical tasks such as standing, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs throughout the shift. Candidates should have previous machine operation or manufacturing experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities
  • Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently during the 3rd shift
  • Monitor machines for alarms, performance changes, or unusual sounds
  • Perform basic machine adjustments and communicate mechanical concerns to leadership
  • Complete required documentation and production logs accurately
  • Maintain a clean and safe workspace and follow all safety procedures
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
  • Support company policies, procedures, and performance standards
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Job Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience
  • Ability to work in a hot environment for the full duration of the shift
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform continuous physical activity
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Dependable, safety-oriented, and able to work independently
