What We’re Looking For

This is not for average operators.

We’re looking for a surgeon who:

  • Converts consultations into procedures at a high level
  • Moves with urgency and efficiency in both clinic and OR
  • Is confident in both surgical and non-surgical revenue streams
  • Takes ownership of outcomes, patients, and growth
  • Wants to scale - not just maintain
Scope of Practice
  • Cosmetic and plastic surgical procedures
  • Injectables, fillers, and non-surgical aesthetic treatments
  • Patient consultations and treatment planning
  • Pre-op and post-op management
  • Collaboration with the clinical and operations team to drive volume and efficiency
Qualifications
  • MD or DO
  • Completion of an accredited Plastic or Cosmetic Surgery residency
  • Active Florida medical license
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of cosmetic/plastic surgery experience preferred
  • ASC experience preferred
