In C2C contracts, a candidate works as an employee of a consulting or staffing company, which then contracts their services out to a client company. As a Permanent Data Engineer, you would be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining data systems, pipelines, and databases to support organizational data needs on a long-term basis. Familiarity with big data platforms (e.g., Hadoop, Spark), cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Data Analytics are highly valued. Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills help you work efficiently with cross-functional teams and translate data requirements into actionable solutions.
