In this role, you will help our clients organize their enterprise data to make it ready for next-generation AI solutions. As with all of our positions, we seek independent thinkers with exceptional written and oral communication skills. This position demands a deep understanding of business strategy and development, experience with knowledge & data management technology solutions, business analysis, and consulting skills.

As an EKer, you will join a fast-growing company that is committed to equity and inclusion, have the opportunity to work in a collaborative workplace, take advantage of our unique benefits, and help build our innovative culture. • Assist in interpreting and documenting semantic models, taxonomies, ontologies, and related solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project milestones and deliverables in an agile environment
  • Develop client-facing materials including presentations, reports, and training documentation
  • Participate in client meetings and internal discussions, contributing insights and taking detailed notes
  • Support testing, implementation, and validation of solutions to ensure alignment with client requirements
  • Contribute to internal initiatives, knowledge sharing, and practice development efforts
  • Continuously develop consulting, communication, and technical skills

This hybrid role requires that you live within a comfortable, commutable distance of our Arlington, VA office and be willing to be on-site 3 days a week.

Required Skills and Experience:
  • 2 - 5 years of relevant experience (internships, academic projects, or early professional experience in consulting, data, or technology environments)
