Job description
The Clinical Law Program at the UNM School of Law is a law firm where advanced law students represent clients under the supervision of Law School faculty who are licensed attorneys.
We are seeking a dependable, highly organized administrative assistant to join our team. This position plays a role in supporting the daily operations of the Clinical Law Program.
Key administrative support duties include:
Greet visitors, answer phones, and maintain a professional and welcoming front desk environment
Administer the lifecycle of client files using a cloud-based case management system
Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
Apply established office procedures accurately and consistently
This a 6-month temp assignment with the possibility of either extending it or turning it into a permanent position.
