Fullscript is looking for an experienced Senior Fullstack Developer to join our Business Systems Engineering team, building the internal systems and tools that help Fullscript scale.

Our team works closely with partners across the business to build the applications, integrations, and workflows that keep the company running smoothly. We focus on solving real operational problems, reducing manual work, and making it easier for teams across the company to do their jobs. What you'll do:
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain internal integrations, tools and solutions that enhance efficiency and streamline operations across Fullscript's technical stack.
  • Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integrations and APIs to facilitate efficient and secure data transfer between systems
  • Work with business partners to leverage technology and AI to deliver solutions that improve efficiency or customer experience
  • Build scalable applications to support the growing needs of the business
  • Review pull requests, mentor, and be an advocate for high-quality code that makes future development faster, easier and better
  • Take full ownership and responsibility for building, shipping, testing, deploying and maintaining features
  • Scope and plan projects, working with stakeholders and other developers to implement them
  • Give input on and own high-level architecture decisions and communicate those decisions
  • Other duties determined by the company from time to time
What you bring to the table:
  • You are a passionate software developer that cares about your craft. You are excited to learn, lead projects and want to produce the best work possible
  • Experience building RESTful APIs, Webhooks and integrating with third-parties
  • Experience with Ruby/Ruby on Rails or Object Oriented Programming
  • Experience working with Javascript or JS frameworks (React, Vue, AngularJS, Next or similar)
  • Understanding of CSS frameworks like Bootstrap, as well as CSS preprocessors
  • You can write tests and understand their value
  • You have a desire to learn and being open to feedback
  • Understanding of design patterns and clean code

Compensation range
 
The salary range for this role is between $125,000 and $165,000 CAD. Fullscript shares salary ranges to support transparency and help candidates make informed decisions. The range shown reflects base salary only and does not include stock options, wellness stipends, or other benefits that are part of Fullscript's total rewards package.
 
Final compensation depends on experience, skills, and location. We review pay regularly to stay aligned with market data and internal equity. Benefits and total rewards may vary by region.
