We are currently searching for Food Service Team Members. The role of a Food Service Fryer at The Spinx Company requires the employee to work effectively in a team environment, provide outstanding customer service, safely and efficiently perform various job functions while maintaining our Company Policies, Core Values, and Operations Top 10 Priorities.

Job duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, ensuring store safety procedures are followed, food safety and sanitation standards are met or exceeded, as well as making certain that food quality, consistency, and selection meet company standards and expectations.

  • Proper handling of all raw chicken products according to company sanitation and preparation standards.
  • Accurately weigh and measure ingredients.
  • Receive, store, and replenish dry, perishable, and ambient product.
  • Regularly maintain the sanitation and cleanliness of all equipment, customer purchase points, and work areas.
  • Accurately maintain all production sheets, temperature and waste logs.
  • Proper and timely communication to supervisor regarding equipment issues, supply needs, and daily par levels.
  • Efficiently perform various job functions, as needed, throughout the department.
  • Follow all Spinx safety and security initiatives.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures as outlined in Spinx's Policy Manual, training materials, and other publications.
  • Provide a pleasant shopping experience for all customers and respond to customer requests promptly.
  • Communicate with management regarding customer requests and vendor- related concerns.
  • Must be able to perform other duties as assigned by store management.
  • Ensure safe working conditions by maintaining a clean and organized store.
