The Georgia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD), is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Training Program Administrator at Georgia Regional Hospital - Atlanta, located in Decatur, GA.
Salary Range: $ $62,331.12 - $81,955.29 - $101,579.45
Job Description:
Assesses training/developing needs:
Monthly training Annual schedule, and schedule classes
Provide classes that are needed for compliance with the hospital's needs
Orientation schedule
Identify needs, and the goals for training needs
Create classes in the LMS system for NSO and Annual classes.
Enroll employees in the LMS system for NSO and Annual classes and grade it once completed
Create reports in the LMS system on the different classes
Provide administrative support to management, trainers, and staff within the Staff Development & Training Department
Handle multi-line phone systems, email correspondence, and daily office communications
Maintain organized filing systems for training records, reports, and confidential employee documentation
Enter and maintain all completed training rosters and attendance records
Enter CPR class completion information into the American Heart Association (AHA) system and assist staff with claiming certification cards when needed
Assist new and current staff with navigating and utilizing DBHDD University And all other duties assigned.

High school diploma/GED and four (4) years of human resource experience; or one (1) year of experience required at the lower level HR Generalist 1 (HRP010) or position equivalent.
